Hello! Our names are Chelsea, Sarah, Stephen and Nathan; welcome to our website, Fare & Flourish.
Fare & Flourish was born out of a passion for food—how it’s harvested, how it’s cooked, how it nourishes, how it heals, and how it is celebrated. Years ago, Chelsea and Sarah first conceptualized the idea for Fare & Flourish as a means to explore the environmental, nutritional, medicinal, and cultural facets of food, and most importantly: to enjoy delicious food!
At the heart of Fare & Flourish is a desire to share knowledge and be intentional about eating. Environmental consequences, social justice, nostalgia, celebration, nutrition, and medicine all play a role in deciding what to cook and eat. We aim to inspire, inform, and educate through recipes, stories, and researched articles.
